Centurion Group is a new entrant to the Oil & Gas and Resources Services market in Australasia working through a portfolio of companies including Jacks Winches, Tristar Water Solutions, Mining Camps Australia, Rentair, Conserve and Seanic.As Regional Financial Controller I have full responsibility for the annual statutory accounts and tax filings for the Australasian Region, the weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and forecasting for the Australasian Region and for developing and leading a shared services centre for the Australasian Region.The shared services centre is responsible for processing the payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable for each of the businesses within the Australasian Region and provides full financial support and guidance to these businesses through a team of 5 finance personnel.

Core responsibilities included generation of the initial Business Division budget, development of a flexible financial model to enhance understanding of the opportunities and risks facing the Business Division, monthly Business Division results analysis and reporting, set-up of an Engineering Office in UK, working capital management and provision of financial support, guidance and analysis to the Business Division EVP.Prior to being made the Finance Manager for International & New Ventures I was Finance Manager for the Engineering & EPCm Business Division which had turnover in excess of A$120m in 2013, excluding share of Joint Ventures. Further responsibilities in this role included management of two Joint Venture interfaces, ensuring full cost recovery from the Joint Ventures in accordance with the Joint Venture Agreements and the interpretation, evaluation and reporting of Clough's share of the Joint Venture results.
