August 2023 to present I have been involved in the management of early works including Ground Disturbance Permits for geotechnical drilling and clearing of heritage sensitive areas. Also involved in overseeing and coordinating the efforts required to integrate new business units, technology, and operations into the existing organisation.Achievements: Legal and Regulatory Compliances – supervised contractors on heritage and ground disturbance compliance. Liaised with port Operations and Maintenance and Rail Operations and Maintenance on future resourcing on capital equipment and requirements for increased tonnage. Participated in Engineering Design reviews on new wharf facilities (portside and marine side) at 15% and 30% reviews. Actively mentored and supervised a range of colleagues to ensure their development to higher level careers .
