Local Authority experience includes working for SSIA on research into safeguarding frameworks and a work in Monmouthshire considering how to improve personal outcome measurement, case management and assessment frameworks, supporting the integrated team, information governance and the introduction of one IT system for use by social care and health. Yes, it does include health! and it is designed by practitioners not techies.
