In February 2021 I was asked to join the SMS Rail Service team to help them continue to build the premier multi-modal service offering in the Mid-Atlantic area. My role on the team is to secure 3rd party truck transportation providers to support our rail to truck transfer and iso tank depot operations. Every month our business continues to grow and the challenge of finding service providers is more critical than ever. From our start up in February to now our truck transportation revenue has grown from $0 to over $150,000 per month and we are actively adding more service providers to support the growth we are getting. Oversaw the management of all company owned commercial vehicles and fleet operations. Responsible for truck and driver performance, including P & L, safety regulations and customer satisfaction. • Implemented new trip standard program, effectively reducing operational cost and increased fleet generated revenues. • Worked with the Maintenance Department to implement a competitive bid process for large repairs that reduced cost and improved turnaround times.• Teamed with the Sales Department to introduce a new barge loading operation that allowed for organization to competitively enter new markets.

Responsible for all account management operations for customers in a business segment individually generating in excess of $100,000 in revenue on a weekly basis. • Developed strategic account plans that dramatically increased business within existing accounts• Generated new leads in specific geographic markets that yielded high conversion rates generating an average of $15,000 per week, per account in additional revenues• Worked closely with accounts to identify new customer opportunities

Directed the day to day operations for regional operating center that covered the Northeast portion of the U.S.- While leading this operation was able to reduce new hire driver turnover by 70% by setting up enhanced driver training and on boarding programs for new hires- Successfully led transition from in house transportation management system to TMW transportation management system- Worked closely with customers to enhance service performance that led to increased business- Developed and implemented strategy that moved driver work force from long haul over the road operation with driver turnover rates in excess of 100% to regional basis that reduced turnover to below 50%
