Leading a team of Information Security analysts as the Wealth International section of the enterprise wide Technology Risk Management and Information Security (TRMIS) division. Reporting locally in to the Director of IT and at bank level to the AVP for Wealth TRMIS, Canada. Responsible for all aspects of Technology Risk Management and Information Security from policy and framework implementation, adherence to regulatory controls, security operations and cyber security.• Responsible for the implementation and compliance with bank level Risk and Control framework incorporating technology risk policy, standards and controls.• Responsible for oversight of vulnerability assessment, security monitoring, security & penetration testing and security incident management regimes.• Completion of comprehensive programme of business application risk assessments across the application portfolio, driving control gap analysis.• BCM Manager responsible for adherence to policy on planning, testing and incident management.• Led the implementation, testing and activation of BCM recovery site services providing 250 seat facility with full contingent application access capabilities. • Active sponsorship of the implementation of enterprise Access Management and attestation solutions.• Acting chair of the IT Risk Sub-committee and member of the ICAAP committee.• Primary UK technology lead on SOX and BASEL reporting on IT controls.• Successfully completed implementation of controls to achieve PCI certification.• Involved in migration of UK application risk portfolio on to RSA Archer solution.• Drove implementation of Data Classification solution as part of ongoing DLP strategy.

Leading a team of Infrastructure Architects and Solutions Architects, aligned to the bank Wealth Architecture and Enterprise Architecture divisions. Reporting locally in to the Director of IT and at bank level to the AVP for Wealth Architecture.• Responsible for aligning IT architecture strategy with business strategy and the technical reference architecture model.• Oversight of all solution blueprint production and architectural input in to the programme of projects delivered.• Maintenance of technical architecture framework, setting out standards and policy guidance for key application and infrastructure technologies.• Technology lead supporting enterprise mergers and acquisition group in due diligence on a number of multi-million pound acquisitions and other business development opportunities.
