I server as a technical resource for the sales team at Hyland Software. I spend time forming relationships with customers in an effort to better understand their needs. I help to offer solutions to their issues and help them to accomplish goals through product demos and solution suggestions.

I work as one of the system administrators for Cornell's ECM tool Perceptive Content.I am responsible system design, maintenance, patching, upgrading, performance, troubleshooting and working on both new and existing workflow implementations. I support the following system features at Cornell:- Perceptive Content (document repository)- Experience HTML5 Client- WebNow- Desktop Client- Recognition Agent- User Replication Agent- Email Agent- Full Text Agent- Envoy- Perceptive Connect Runtime- File Conversion Component- Intelligent Capture for Invoices- Workflow- iScript

I was hired by Davenport University to upgrade their Perceptive Content environment from version 6.7 to version 7.2.3.

I was hired by Centura Health to assist them in mass ingesting documents from their old HR system. They were moving to a new HR system and had decided that the documents that were stored in the old system had a better home in Perceptive Content. I was tasked with creating all the Import Agent setups and configurations to accomplish this. I was able to complete this work in a shorter amount of time than they had planned on and as such they ended up using me to help them with several other tasks within Perceptive Content including an upgrade to their implementation of Email Agent.

I was hired by Calvin to upgrade their Perceptive Content environment from version 6.7 to version 7.1.5. During this time Perceptive went through their acquisition by Hyland which caused delays in the project due to an inability to obtain support and to download files necessary for the upgrade. Due to these underlying circumstances we ended up deciding to upgrade to version 7.2.3 instead.

I served as the Peoplesoft Server Administrator, managing our CS, HR, FS and EP implementations across Production, Test, DEV & DMO environments. Along with my PeopleSoft responsibilities I also managed the Perceptive Content (ImageNow) system, serving as the Server Administrator and Process Architect. Other duties include, VB Script, VBA and Javascript programming as well as project management and business process analyses.Serving in this current role I have been able to accomplish some major objectives. Some examples include, the streamlining of system architecture and design for both PeopleSoft and Perceptive Content and the reduction of dollars spent on consulting (roughly 300,000.00 saved so far) through developing our skills in house. I have also achieved my goal of 99.998% uptime for the systems I manage (prior to my management uptime was around 95%).

I served as the Peoplesoft Server Admin in training, working along side a veteran server admin. I also filled the role of ImageNow Server Admin and Process Architect. Other duties included, Collegenet's R25 Server Admin, VB Script, VBA and Javascript programming as well as project management and business process analyses.

Performed business and programmer analyst functions for Datatel (Ellucian) Colleague. Worked closely with many offices on campus including Academic Services, Campus Safety, Residence Life and many others. Served as the system administrator for Perceptive Content (ImageNow), CBORD Systems Odyssey PCS and HMS titles as well as Micros POS Systems, Collegenet's R25, AMAG door entry system, PyraMed health systems, RoomMaster 2000 and other 3rd party systems.In this position at Calvin I was able to take on many diverse tasks within the Information Systems team. From serving as the backup to the Colleague administrator to managing the majority of their 3rd party systems, I was the go-to person when it came to tasks that had to get done.

This was my first position post-graduation. My duties were the same as my Systems Analyst position at Calvin College. This is the title they give entry level analysts even though duties are the same.

As a paid intern for GFS I was asked to perform mostly programming duties. I maintained existing PERL scripts and VB applications that aided the CRM Mobile team in their daily tasks. I gained a lot of knowledge while working in this position and count it as one of the more valuable experiences from my undergraduate education.
