Accomplishments:Reduced days of supply for high volume, high dollar chemicals and aluminum. Currently manage resin railcars through for TN and UT. This year will also manage the railcars for DE and FL.

Accomplishment:Single sourced one corrugated supplier for all Barrette facilities. Selection criteria was cost savings, quality, serviceability, and incentives. Single sourcing lead to contracts including improved payment terms and increased rebate % levels based on additional sales for all facilities.

Accomplishment:Developed FIFO system for Die Cast which reduced the amount of defective material by 80% due to proactive modifications of running conditions, inventory reduction, and equipment PM.

Responsible for the daily manufacturing requirements of the plant through proper administration of 100 personnel (both salaried and hourly), materials, and machinery.Accomplishments:Part of a labor reduction team which eliminated 2 out of a 7 man crew through equipment and procedural modifications.Part of a safety team that designed a conveyor to significantly reduce back injuries.
