Responsible for supervision and oversight of programs in RHD's Pennsylvania Behavioral Health and Housing Division with a focus on programs in Northeast and Southeast Pennsylvania. To ensure that the programs are held to the highest standards ; this includes policy development, reporting fiscal spending, staff and consumer safety,consumer service programs, and funder community relations.

As part of RHD's Leadership Team in Pennsylvania's Northeast Region I provide fiscal, programmatic, and administrative oversight/management to our various programs serving individuals with serious and persistent mental illness, those with autism and other developmental disabilities,and some with problematic sexual behaviors.Duties include the supervision and hiring of key management positions, required reporting to funders and the corporate management team, quality assurance and planning, and representation of the company at meetings with funders or other governmental entities.

Corporate Program Coordinator is a member of a professional team that provides programmatic and fiscal oversight to RHD programs in Northampton,Lehigh,Carbon,Monroe,and Pike Counties.Provide programmatic and clinical oversight and participate in the on going corporate assessment of the quality and effectiveness of the wide variety of regional programs, serving individuals with serious and persistent mental illnesses, those with autism and other neurobiological and developmental disabilities, and some individuals with problematic sexual behaviors.

Provide leadership in implementing KHS agency's mission and vision.Coordinate the development and delivery of services supported in Montgomery, Bucks, and Delaware Counties. Supervision of all Program Directors in Supported Living, Residential and Home Based Programs.Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements, federal, state and local laws, regulations and contractual obligations.

Provide leadership to insure the effective management of the Intensive Residential Program at the Patriot, Inventor and Athlete Centers.Oversee the management of over $10M of annual business while maintaining effective operation and delivery of quality services and outcomes.Insure OSHA, JCAHO ,DYFS and other governmental accreditation standards are in compliance.Ongoing training and development of Leadership team and staff.
