I am responsible for developing data management solutions for the research program in a number of areas, including longitudinal tracking of medical students to support the planning and analyse outcomes of the rural health multidisciplinary training programme.

- Successful delivery of eHealth solutions to internal programs and clinical teams,- Key point of contact to external stakeholders for eHealth and digital health solutions, - Develop and oversee development of portals for the collection and analysis of data from contracted organisations,- Oversee management and enhancement of Tasmanian Health Directory, including synchronisation with other provider directories and data sets.- Training and personal development of eHealth staff under my management,- Develop eHealth strategy and provider change management strategies for the organisation.

- Manage six staff for Tasmanian Personally Controlled Electronic Health Record (PCEHR, now My Health Record) transition project and the national Medicare Local eHealth Change & Adoption program,- Provide support to Tasmanian Health Assistance Package projects,- Oversee the management of the Tasmanian eHealth Directory data, in line with contractual requirements with DHHS.

- Liaise with general practice staff to promote and support the uptake of government-driven eHealth initiatives, such as eHealth Practice Incentives Program and Personally Controlled eHealth Record (PCEHR), now known as My Health Record,- Contribution on national eHealth Support Officer network,- Provided input into national documentation for the Health Identifiers Service.

- Liaise with general practice staff to promote the uptake of secure messaging,- General Practice clinical data analysis and geo-spacial reporting of chronic disease and co-morbidities of patients across North West Tasmania, - Pioneered a tool to aggregate de-identified patient data across multiple General Practices, which provided the first detailed regional health snapshot for North West Tasmania. This tool was subsequently taken up by many Divisions of General Practice across Australia until data aggregation was incorporated into the Pen Clinical Audit Tool, many years later.- Provided business improvement advice to streamline clinical service delivery and increase general practice income,- Develop minimum standards and risk management information for IT/IM systems in general practice, to provide guidance for practices when developing/maintaining their systems, as required- Database development and data analysis (clinical and business data),- Worked in collaboration with UTAS Rural Clinical School and Cradle Coast Authority to deliver local eHealth solutions through Cradle Coast Health Information Exchange project.
