Deliver a Football Fundamental Skills Programme to children in the primary Schools sector.Utilise the Football Fundamental Programme as a means of improving physical literacy and sport-specific skills amongst Primary School children.Deliver advice on the educational benefits of involvement in football – e.g. diet, nutrition, exercise, fair play and so fortEstablish extended school initiatives within the Primary School sector.Establish links with and work on existing Grassroots Football Development Programmes.Establish new, or further develop existing, school / club links.Develop and deliver educational initiatives to support the development of teachers within the Primary School setting.Represent the IFA in a professional manner in all aspects of the job – e.g. meetings, seminars, conferences and so forth.Keep accurate records and report to the Programme Co-ordinator as required.Liaise with teachers and school principals in all aspects of the Programme.Consult with Education and Library Boards where necessary.Proactively participate in all in-service training courses, training and development opportunities, staff performance appraisals and reviews as required.Adhere to and actively support at all times all company policies, procedures, processes and working practices, including harassment, data protection and health and safety.Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by the Head of Grassroots Football.

I Increase levels of participation and performance in sport by Ulster students and staff and in Ulster based sports development programmes by members of the local community.The development of relevant internal and external partnerships that will enhance the Ulster sports development programme and maximise its impact within Ulster and beyond.The generation of income and attraction of external funding and grants to augment the development and delivery of campus specific sports programmes.The development of programme initiatives to maximise facility utilisation at peak and off peak times.The development and delivery of an extensive camp programme to provide quality sports opportunities and experiences to young people from the local community.
