A self-motivated and professionally qualified individual with 9 years’ military background and close to 20 years law enforcement training and advising in policing particularly command both tactical and operational levels including, law, protest, human rights and policing events as areas of specialism. for the past two years I have been working for West Bromwich Albion as a match day operations manager and safety officer. Qualified to level 4 spectator safety & level 5 crowd safety management. I have an in depth knowledge of green and purple guide events.I am also a proven deliverer in specialist training, skills, knowledge and decision making in both single and multi-agency environments. I train and advise police forces locally but also regionally, nationally and internationally. My advice has not been limited to police forces but also delivering and advising event management and safety courses to businesses within the private sector to name a few Birmingham Airport, The NEC Group and the organising committee of the Commonwealth Games.I am actively involved in delivering and advising at strategic, tactical and operational levels in public order and public safety.
