In particular, acted as the key business and partnership developer through an extensive network of senior Group insurance executives at virtually every Canadian insurer• Anticipated the on-coming issue with high-cost recurrent drug claims and championed the development of the EP3 and CDIPC industry-wide pooling, building consensus so that every insurer voluntarily signed on • Developed RGA’s first Canadian and one of their largest world-wide financial reinsurance arrangements ($150M of capital)• Recruited and/or mentored people who became RGA Canada’s CFO, Head of Group, Head of Individual Pricing, world-wide Living Benefits subject matter expert
