My development activities assist public sponsors and institutional project developers with identifying and executing infrastructure strategy, primarily for utility scale water and energy assets. My focus is on the environmental, social and corporate governance aspects of infrastructure which is measured by assisting sponsors managing: risk, data and asset management, financial analysis, prioritizing of capital improvement lists, project team origination and agreements, developing municipal customers and partners and, securing progressive design (P3) vendors.Infrastructure Development - Brownfield/Greenfield water management and energy: since 2007, I have worked with municipal sponsors to perform analysis and business development on infrastructure assets. A particular engagement was with California’s largest water management and transfer facility. My duties included; enterprise business development, strategic market analysis, identification of municipal customers, cultivating Joint Powers Authority partners and third party engagements. Reporting directly to the General Manager and project champion I support efforts to inform and educate Board members on water and energy expansion. That work has led to me working on a number of municipal infrastructure projects. Other duties included implementing due diligence protocols.
