Principal advisor to a select jurisdiction of California public agencies assisting with asset expansion and fiduciary project development. Provide assistance and compliance protocols for Joint Powers Authority public-private-partnerships (P3) which included project management and incubation of institutional capital relationships. Involved in the expansion of California’s largest JPA conjunctive water management asset. Sourcing private accredited investor and institutional capital relationships for the expansion of a water and energy enterprise. Prepared business plans and strategy for a sponsor agency raising $500million for water enterprise developments. Received commitments in excess of $1.25billion. Other analysis duties included the project management and capital raise of another assets $750million from infrastructure investors for a land acquisition, renewable energy water and power utility enterprise. Developed risk management and enterprise strategy which included quantitative and qualitative risk strategies for asset development. Executed enterprise and operations management due diligence.
