Overall manage and supervise facility related operations and projects in China SAP offices locations including Shanghai, Nanjing, Dalian, Chengdu and Beijing for 6K+ employees and nearly 100K SQ.M building.- Space strategy: office selection, rental negotiation, close collaboration with site management team and global leads to ensure finest usage of office space; do necessary commercial analysis to ensure financial requirement and improve office fitment per business needs and industry trends.- Project Management: project leader with a 12 years record of successful launching, directing and managing of project in SAP by performing management functions such as, planning, scheduling, organizing, and tracking processes, ensuring the feasibility of each project.- Operation: responsible for operations of 30+ teams service and in East-South China sub-region to deliver an unified high quality facility performance to ensure satisfaction from internal customers, management of onsite vendor and efficient communication with partners/vendors for seamless service delivery- Budget: budget review/planning and close monitor/tracking expense status- Security: close cooperation with global security, ensure the physical security safety and information security safety- Data Center: close cooperation with IT and business Unit to ensure 7*24 hours in good condition
