June 2021- CurrentIn 2022 the ATO began a Strategic Sourcing Program to upgrade a sizeable part of its services, infrastructure, hardware and software, this required projects to support the new operating model and the changes to the processes and procedures within Infrastructure Services (IS). I was responsible for the following large scale highly complex projects.• Implementation of new Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIl) processes and procedures into IS.• Analysis and rollout of a Governance structure to support an upgraded Service Integration and Management (SIAM) model.• current state of Technology and Cyber Risks including the redesign of processes to accommodate a newly created reporting platform.• Created the targeted Communications, Change Impact assessment, Stakeholder and transition plans.• Managed the Branch readiness project to prepare the IS Branch to on-board the new Vendors as a result of their successful Tender process.• Mapped all the key processes of both internal teams and vendors.• Facilitated sessions to deal with conflicts between BAU and the Project teams.

Program Manager at The Salvation Army (TSA)June 2018 – June 2021 TSA is one of most respected not-for profit organisations in the country, with a turnover of $1b plus a workforce of over 10,000 and 50,000 volunteers it is also one of Australia’s most complex organisations.• Developed and implemented to program of work to allow the TSA to join the National Redress Scheme following the conclusion of the Royal Commission in Institutional Child abuse, including the provision of appropriate budgeting for the potential future funding.• Completed the re-design of TSA Housing, the division had offices in all States and the goal of the program was to centralise all functions under one new Board and Governance structure.• Designed and delivered consolidation of the two Universities/colleges owned by TSA into one Campus here in Melbourne, the project required numerous IT changes and significant liaison and negotiation with senior stakeholders.• Managed the implementation of an end-to-end Solution for the digitisation of paper files through to the archiving and their destruction.• Coordinated the closure of the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) operated by Employment Plus and the transfer of all administrative duties and processes to the RTO operated by TSA.

RETS administers payroll and recruitment services to the staff across NSW Health150,000 staff paid fortnightly, 57 Awards, 230 locations, $9.8 Billion annual salary.The project was formed to assist in the digitisation of processes by introducing ServiceNow to provide an Automated Workflow solution State-wide, allowing the 150,000-user base to transmit all requests and queries (approximately 1Million transactions PA) into the two processing centres Parramatta and Newcastle by an electronic means, the environment was primarily paper based.
