I was responsible for the following large scale highly complex projects.• Implementation of new Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIl) processes and procedures into IS.• Analysis and rollout of a Governance structure to support an upgraded Service Integration and Management (SIAM) model.• current state of Technology and Cyber Risks including the redesign of processes to accommodate a newly created reporting platform.• Created the targeted Communications, Change Impact assessment, Stakeholder and transition plans.• Managed the Branch readiness project to prepare the IS Branch to on-board the new Vendors as a result of their successful Tender process.• Mapped all the key processes of both internal teams and vendors.• Facilitated sessions to deal with conflicts between BAU and the Project teams.
