I spent the first two decades of my career as a program control analyst in support of NASA. With substantial change to the NASA mission, I too decided to make changes. First, a shift in life balance yielding more time with my children during their formative years. Second, a shift in career offering a more flexible schedule. With that, I partnered with family and ventured into franchising. On a personal level, my kids matured and the time I was able to spend with them during that period remains one of my most rewarding achievements. On a professional level, I discovered that my heart remained in the program control arena. I sincerely missed it. I returned to that arena in 2020 and am enjoying its challenges more than ever. Today I am blessed to be a part of the outstanding Paslay Group in its support of a wonderful endeavor, Pittsburgh's airport Terminal Modernization Program.
