These ~£50m programmes were highly complex deliveries of secure IT infrastructure, back office and on-street systems, and civil engineering in an extremely difficult environment. These high-profile projects with heightened levels of media interest were both delivered on time and to budget, a rarity for public sector IT deliveries! ISO27001 security standards achieved following independent penetration testing.Turned around an under-performing and demotivated Programme Management department into a successful group. By setting high professional standards, coaching, and reviewing department processes this was achieved within 12 months and the department became recognised as a valued and aspirational area.
