I lead the tender, ensuring one of the company’s largest contracts was retained.

Whilst at Connells VMC I progressed from Administrator to Lead Administrator to Manager within two years.Responsibilities;• Managing a team of 8 administrators to strict daily call and turnaround time targets• Management of over thirty clients, five of these were Connells major clients• Ensured that client turnaround times were met• Regular client meetings to discuss and resolve turnaround issues• Carried out staff appraisalsKey Achievement - Record turnaround time for clients such as Royal Bank Building Society & West Bromwich Building Society.
