Control of and accounting for costs in the Reliability and Maintenance area of BP. Involves regular cost review meetings with budget holders, update of cost forecasting systems etc.

Handle all aspects of accounting for major projects, including all dealings with Joint Venture partners. Financial position embedded totally within Project Services team of various major projects. Very close liaison with Cost engineering team and linkages back into central Finance and all aspects of internal/external reporting.

Responsible for team of 8 asset accounting staff assigned to the Beatrice, Buchan and Clyde platforms. All aspects of JV accounting from budgets and forecasts through actuals and internal/external reporting.

Responsible for team of 5 in the Change Management area of SAP implementation team for Elf Exploration. This involved close liaison with user groups within the accounting function in order to establish requirements and roll out training pre and post go-live.
