Supervised campaign department with three direct reports. Developed and implemented strategic fundraising plan which reversed five-year downward campaign trend in more than 200 hi-rises. Created mail appeal which achieved 16% response rate representing 12% increase from previous year.

Increased first-time gifts by 28% over previous year by creating and implementing new campaign structure to manage $1M+ annual campaign. Grew number of volunteer solicitors from 40 to 150+ resulting in 6% more individual gifts.
