Current• Leading and facilitating the recruitment process for 20+ specific jobs in my branch throughsourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and making/negotiating offers for both temporary andpermanent jobs• Proactively sourcing talent and building talent pipelines in our branch for jobs across the lowermainland through utilizing the company applicant tracking systems• Leading and managing a team of coop students to assist our branch through setting weeklygoals, on-the-go training, and delegating tasks• Managing payroll through approving worker hours, vacation requests, expenses, into companyapplicant tracking systems
