Providing critical IT support in a human resources space all while liaising with the IT Director on matters concerning data protection. Developing and fulfilling the large Contract Automation project, a development which will allow employers to generate compliant and personalized contracts of employment in mere seconds, thus removing the need for manual administration. This project was also used to create a similar system with automatic professional translation of contracts of employment generated in English, to Ukrainian for the purposes of assisting those fleeing conflict having access to employment in Ireland.Furthermore working in a fast paced human resources environment I acquired many critical skills not just in HR but also in office workplace etiquette and professional customer service and administration.
