The model allowed the facility to make material corrections 5 days prior to production allowing possible quality issues to be corrected.* Coordinated a joint project between supplier and customer to help reduce customer rejects due to suppliers product. Customer rejects rates were reduced from 17.5% first pass reject rate to <4% generating a $250000 annual sales increase.* Assisted in the planning and moving of a production line from one facility to another. Through the use of experience personnel, I directed a FMEA to outline all the possible failure modes to be corrected on start up at the new facility. This planning allowed for a smooth and quick start up with minimal down time and quality issues.
