Local recruitment support for EE North Tyneside working closely with the local Talent Acquisition Professional for EE North Tyneside. This was meant to be a 6 month Development Opportunity which was extended. In this role i would conduct telephone screenings for candidates who have applied for this role as well as support applicants throughout the recruitment journey as well as supporting the local TAP with any recruitment needs.

Based in the EE North Tyneside Contact Centre as part as part of the Mobile Billing department.In this role I would take inbound calls from customers in relation to their account queries, ranging from Pro Rata, Third Party & Roaming charges to updating contact, address and payment details.
