I have worked in the hospitality industry since July 2009 starting as a bartender, then working my way to Supervisor, Assistant & Deputy Manager in the wet led hospitality sector.In July 2015 I joined The Restaurant Group as a Duty Manager based at Frankie & Bennys Metrocentre where I have honed my skills by becoming Team Coach for my site as well as cover managing the entire North Area. In September 2016 I was promoted to Assistant Manager for The Restaurant Group as part of the Frankie & Benny's division.My management style and experience is typically high volume, working in a £45k a week wet lead site from 2013-2015 whilst from 2015 to present I work in a £55k a week dry lead venue, I have typically managed teams of 40+ employees.I was made redundant during the Covid-19 Pandemic and decided to step away from hospitality for a career change. In November 2020 I joined leading UK Telecoms provider EE as part of their CSR team, quickly working my way into a new role as Local Recruitment Support for North Tyneside.Since April 2023 I am now part of the UK Recruitment Support Team for The BT Group, recruiting for EE Consumer.
