Perpetual Guardian is a merger of two companies, both with different technologies.Whilst working there I have been a level 2 escalation point for the service desk and advising on what to do. My main focus has been supporting the merger of the two companies onto a new domain whilst maintaining maximum uptime for the end users. On a daily basis I often deal with numerous technologies such as Citrix, Cisco IP telephony, HP Unix and Windows server services, which has given me confidence in multiple systems and flexibility to switch from one task to another if required.

I started a fixed term contract at HealthAlliance with the desktop installs team in April 2014 to assist with their upgrade from Windows XP to Windows 7 as well as centralising their systems across the northern region.I was then placed with the level 2 desktop support team supporting Auckland city hospital for 2 months before being put in a sole charge role at the educational facility hub called Ko Awatea at Middlemore Hospital to cover for the Technology Service Delivery Co-ordinator role for a month.

1st level support to over 9000 Auckland Council employees supporting Technologies such as Citrix, exchange, SAP and Microsoft office. Also supporting a migration from Windows XP to Windows 7 and from 8 domains across to 1

Supported a companys upgraded to a new premises as well as upgraded the phone system in the office to a SIP based solution.

Helped support 40 different clients ranging from 10 to 100 users, as well as direct home user support.
