Manage team of analysts, ETL engineers, and report developers, employees and contractors, that support critical reporting for our operations and field users. Manage project queue of various sized projects from large-scale projects that support critical business initiatives to minor enhancements. Technologies include Jira, Unix , SQL, Teradata tools and utilities (BTEQ, Fast load, Multi Load, Fast Export, and TPUMP), Golden Gate, Hadoop, SSIS, SAS, SAS DI, and Informatica. Databases include Oracle, SQL Server, and Teradata. Responsible for full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), management of incident support queue, training, mentoring and development of team members, and communication with key business stakeholders.
