As the principal architect and lead developer, I spearheaded the design and implementation of innovative Point of Sale (POS) and back-office applications tailored specifically for the fast-paced environment of fast food restaurants. My role extended beyond development; I was instrumental in providing advanced third-level support during the critical initial two years following the project's launch. This period was marked by my direct involvement in troubleshooting complex issues and enhancing system performance, ensuring a seamless operational transition for our clients. I was later elevated to partner in the spin-off company (POSitive Solutions) formed to capitalize on the success and market potential of our solutions.

As a Software Engineer specializing in machine control, robotics, and process automation, I was deeply involved in developing sophisticated solutions for complex manufacturing challenges. These solutions included creating safe, reliable software to manage intricate process control systems and robotics, as well as providing easy-to-use and understandable Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) and robust SCADA systems.

Played a key role in the development of software solutions used by various industries including power generation plants and paper mills across the U.S. and Canada to collect and report their emissions to their respective government agencies. Regulatory compliance with reporting rules including the Clean Air Act (CFR Part 75) was also a vital part of our solutions.
