Responsible for the overall analysis, design and programming of the InFusion Point of Sale Software Solution for the QSR and hospitality markets. Duties included planning, analyzing, design and programming the InFusion Systems Modules using Borland Delphi, Visual Studio 2005/2008, Microsoft SQL Server 2005, Windows XP embedded, C#.NET WPF/Silverlight and architectural components.Followed the Agile Development methodology. Responsible for analyzing the requirements and errors, and the design and coding of the software components to meet expectations for system users. Started another one-man company in order to provide other small companies with I.T. support. This included complete network (LAN and WAN) setup, server setup and configuration, workstation setup and configuration, hardware configuration, troubleshooting both software and hardware and computer/equipment repair. I had 6 clients, which is the maximum that I could effecively manage.
Started a partnership in order to develop the BuildWare software management solution for the construction industry. The full suite was completed in late 2001. The software was developed under Windows 2000 using Borland Delphi (Object Pascal) and the Borland Database Engine (BDE), with a view to making an Enterprise Edition using MS SQL Server. This software was/is Win32 based, and ran successfully from 2001 to 2008 for Northstar Homes, Inc over LAN and WAN using MS Terminal Services. Taking the software to the next level (into the marketplace) proved to be a much harder task than anticipated. The partnership was dissolved due to lack of funding. Began converting the software to C#.NET in 2004/SQL Server 2005.

Obtained a TQM (Total Quality Management) certificate in 1991.During this period, I received sponsorship to attend college (Electronics Engineering).Build test systems for and was involved with large military defence contracts.
Performed servo head write tests on various hard drive models manufactured by Rodime, Inc. Diagnostic and fault finding skills needed to pinpoint errors and suggest a corrective course of action. Test machines used high-level un-compiled language that enabled me to reprogram them to work more efficiently. Commendation led to promotion to technician.
