KCenergi develops small-scale (35-500mt/day) LNG applications in South & North America and Africa. We supply the complete LNG value chain including liquefaction, bulk storage and transportation for peak shaving, off grid industrial and satellite plants and merchant LNG opportunities. KCenergi works in partnership with Furui Special Equipment (PRC), one of the world’s largest manufacturers of LNG equipment.

Executive level support on specific initiatives including: strategic planning, an attempted turn-around of a China subsidiary and corporate marketing.

I lead the turn- around of a 34yo traffic sector manufacturing firm while conducting due diligence with an option to acquire the business. Achieved profitability within 15 months following 9 consecutive years of losing millions of dollars. Key tasks involved injection of optimism and hope, SG&A management, cash management, vendor relations, staff corrections, traditional marketing, sales territory expansion and product refinements

Provided the vision and leadership to retool and diversify a regional “mom & pop” equipment business in the Lower Midwest from a ‘fabricate / field install” format to become a respected ASME manufacturing company doing repeat multi-million dollar contracts with Babcock & Wilcox, Hitachi, Jacobs, and similar world class EPC firms. Designed and manufactured custom to semi-custom energy, process and environmental products and systems. Doubled fabrication capacity and more than tripled manufacturing revenues. Started International business from zero and achieved sales to over 28 countries and was awarded 2009 US Commercial Services Export Achievement Award from Oklahoma State Secretary of Commerce.

Managed Asia regional sales for three corporate Strategic Business Units (SBUs). Expanded markets and segmented channels of distribution. Created vision, discipline, loyalty and trust between factory and distributors. Nurtured relationships with major International engineering houses for project based work. Increased bookings 23% in the first year, 30% in second. Doubled Asia industrial pump segment sales in 1996.

Marketing and sales for a NASDAQ listed manufacturer of strain gage based load cells and microprocessor based “on vehicle” and stationary weighing systems. Markets include refuse, wood products, bulk materials, aerospace and law enforcement.

Directed international and domestic marketing and sales of an industrial LPG equipment manufacturer; built an international distribution organization and expanded existing domestic distribution. Extensive Asian and other International travel. Increased International sales to 43% of annual bookings. Was a leader of the management team responsible for strategic planning. Gained 350% increase in total corporate sales in 6.5 years. Established a corporate brand that became identified as the “Industry Leader” in our field.

Exploration geologist for a Canadian gold mining company. Worked via a Reno NV office but was stationed in Prescott, AZ. Responsible for AZ reconnaissance of gold and base metal prospects. Also responsible for a drilling project near Prescott.
