Lead the global Business Operations for BU ATD which involves diverse activities including Business Unit financial analysis and reporting, Sales Support, Global Operations Interface and representing the Business Unit in Kontron enterprise wide projects and initiatives. Report to the SVP of BU ATD.

Accountable for management of $140M Global (US / EMEA / Asia) Supply Chain and US manufacturing and integration services. Provide broad range of embedded computer modules, boards, systems and ruggedized box builds. Operations are ISO 9001 certified and ITAR compliant.• Operations Teams support five design centers and three business units serving commercial, industrial and military markets. • Full Operations P&L responsibility reporting directly to the General Manger of North America. • Serve eight direct reports and responsible for thirteen budget cost centers.• Transitioning Procurement team to a strategic Supply Chain Management Team.• Coordinating Supply Chain efforts to achieve 10% cost reduction objective and 30% inventory reduction.

Provided leadership, direction and support to the Scanner Manufacturing, Survey Services and Print and Fulfillment business units. Also led enterprise Operational Excellence program and functional groups including facilities, logistics and key supply chain relationships.• Led operations in three states supporting $125M in revenue; 7 direct reports 350 associates.• Led Scantron's Operational Excellence program supporting the organization with Lean Six Sigma, 5S, Cellular Manufacturing and other continuous Improvement concepts, theories and tools.• Improved gross margin of Survey Services Business 56%• Print, Scanner Manufacturing and Survey Services are each ISO 9001 certified• M&A team member of $225M target.
