This is my brothers’ company. I initially started as contract work to assist with some automation activities with SQLite. Became sales manager to fill the empty spot of the prior manager. Managed 3 sales representatives. Quickbooks setup for quoting & ordering product inventory line items. The company is small with about 13 employees, I wore various hats as I assisted with technical roles, documentation updates, website upgrade. Microsoft savvy (Outlook, MS-Word, Excel). After managing/training other sales engineers to do the sales job, I stepped into a more technical role for creating interactive workstations with Excel & visual basic. Created terminal emulation interactive program. Product enhancement testing.

Building energy management system company. Test engineer – Selenium Webdriver/Python frontend testing. Established a regression test framework to test their website.

Pursued desires to bring a new product to market with my startup company. Led subcontractor efforts with manufacturing and packaging companies. Created quality guidelines / monitored production output. Setup eCommerce site for wholesaler dealers. Marketing and sales efforts - connecting with purchasing agents from other companies via trade show, onsite presentation, phone and email interactions. Market penetration in this industry for a company with one product line proved to be challenging at best, and unfruitful. The business was terminated. Overall it was an excellent experience for understanding various aspects of company business. This experience has matured my business sense in many areas and has increased my appreciation for successful businesses.

Our Business Unit was Chosen)• QA lead (Managed internal automation project) – Developed a project plan for an automation environment to test ‘Cisco Jabber’ enterprise application on cell phones. Locally implemented, delivered, and utilized the automation test environment. Worked closely with the development team (Developers, Service, User Experience, Documentation, QA). Managed offshore automation team in Serbia. Lead the offshore automation environment setup, training, utilization and monitored team activities linking into the overall project deliverables. Type of testing was acceptance testing, smoke testing, regression testing, continuous integration. Environment included - VOIP, SIP, H323, Linux servers, scripting, windows client PCs, windows servers (Active Directory), Routers, Switches, various protocols, Cisco’s IP based CallManager, API’s, Simulated phone app on windows based server, VMware, wifi, IP phones, Android & iPhones. Agile environment, agile tools for managing user stories and tasks to completion. Repeat project establishing / coordinating / managing a new team in china, eventually cross training and moving activities from Serbia to China.• QA engineer. Cisco’s mobile applications.
