I have a rare specialty - bringing execution excellence to today's companies. In the "Age of Execution" a new kind of organizational leadership is required. Execution excellence and execution management are disciplines of their own and need to be managed just like finances need to be managed. I put my lifelong learning and 40+ years of experience to work helping senior executives discover and apply execution. My executive coaching and consultancy is designed to bridge the huge gap between planning and implementation, and my unique approach has helped guide many organizations on the journey to master execution as a competency. As a founding member of the Keyne Institute, I employ the KeyneLink process to help my clients successfully clarify and achieve their strategic objectives year after year. Think about this; If you got better at execution what could you get better at? The answer is Everything!Having found six successful businesses, I'm well versed in the areas of entrepreneurship, leadership, organizational execution and communication. At the core of each talk, my guiding mission is that the golden rule not only makes good moral sense, but it makes good business sense too.I'm proud to be a founding board member of Comfort Zone Camp of North Carolina, a bereavement camp for children who have experienced the death of a parent, sibling, or primary caregiver. After earning a Bachelor of Science from Randolph-Macon College, I became a Certified Cardiac Technician (full-paramedic) through Eastern Virginia Medical School.
