Currently manage the development team (developers, system administrators, database administrators) for all Sustainment activities on the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Access Services (AcS) Project for the VA. Scrum Master for the AcS Sustainment Team – conduct all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum Meetings, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective. Managed successful transition of ADR and HDR projects from VA’s Project Management Accountability System (PMAS) to Veteran-focused Integration Process (VIP), VA’s new agile IT development methodology, in 2016. Played a key role in expanding the client base and increasing program funding by 37% (over $5M) with additional development tasks over a three-year period.
