CurrentAs an Account Manager, my responsibilities include the following: Being the liaison to internal and external clients, I am responsible for being the day to day program contact for sales and the client. This entails managing expectations, communications, changes of scope in programs, escalations, and feedback. Providing strong internal leadership and direction. Responsible for program/account profitability and budget management; e.g. P&L, Purchase Orders, Invoices, etc. Delivering a keen focus on client satisfaction and elevating any issues that may arise for timely resolution Know, understand, and incorporate the Dialog Direct Vision and Values in behaviors, practices and decisions including: Always inconveniencing myself on behalf of the customer Living in the details of our business Following up and following through Escalate issues that may inhibit progress Lead key customer meetings and engagements and provide written documentation of the outcomes. Identify, nurture, and coordinate account sales leads/opportunities with the New Business Development Director. Participate in program planning, development, execution and measurement to ensure success consistent with customer expectations. Manage changes in scope during the ongoing execution of respective programs Interact with Accounting Department in regards to client billing, invoicing, and accounts receivables. Develop and assist with proposals/estimates for new solutions for the current customer or account. Coordinate the evaluation of the project processes and outcomes. Lead and participate in the design of any required corrective action resulting from changes in scope, program failures, or issues raised to increase probability of future success. Provide client/account knowledge and support to the PMO Project Managers during the launch of major new projects or significant program enhancements.
