As the acting Operations Manager I oversee all aspects of our 16 employee machine shop. We are AS9100-C approved. Our product mix is diverse with a mixture of commercial castings and Aerospace hardware. I report directly to our owner/president and oversee all day to day activities listed below.Manufacturing planning, Operational planning, Sales planning.

Responsibilities: Accounts Payable; Managed production accounts and tracked overhead costs, Vouchered invoices, issued check disbursements, check maintenance. Accounts Receivable; Cash application to sales orders, reviewed overdue payments. Outside Services; Managed all process out side of plant, and maintained relationship with outside vendors. Reporting.

During each shift I was in one of our six departments and was responsible for a team of up to six employees. I provided service to customers, supervised closing activities.

Worked in a team of workers to complete projects, general landscaping work, park maintenance, operated heavy equipment.
