About Gary Hansen

I believe in the power of teams and that people want to unleash their talents to build valuable solutions. I have worked for 15+ years in technology, and my foundation is in human performance/organization development. I worked as a traditional project manager and understands what it is like to transition to more adaptive and team-centric approaches (agile). I have worked with agile approaches since 2009. I have helped six companies become more agile and loved almost every minute of it. I believe in assisting teams to find their way rather than forcing practices upon them.
