The Carbon Farming Foundation is a registered Australian charity and Social Enterprise that has been created to accelerate the transition of Australia's agriculture sector to net-zero emissions. We were founded on the belief that the world simply can’t get to net zero emissions without farmers, because changing the way we manage the land is the single biggest opportunity worldwide to sequester atmospheric carbon.The services we provide span entire lifecycle across Native Reforestation, Plantation Forestry, and Soil Carbon Farming projects. This includes software services, via our inhouse developed CarbonScout software platform that projects specific yield and feasibility for projects, through to specialist consultancy advice and guidance supporting all stages of a project from registration to close out.As COO, I lead Marketing, Sales, IT Development, IT Helpdesk, Carbon Project Delivery, and Business Support functions, with the goal of optimising and streamling business processes and procedures, so that our clients receive the highest level of service at the lowest possible price point, thus lifting barriers towards early adoption in the sector.
