Gary Jan is a highly respected and skilled licensed estate agent and a veteran of 47 years experience in residential sales who heads up McGrath Projects in Victoria and is currently managing $350M of residential development. He entered real estate in a boutique family business in Richmond in 1977 when 2 bedroom cottages were selling for $10,000! In 1987, he moved to Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs gaining valuable experience with premier agencies including Colliers International Prestige Homes in Double Bay and McGrath Estate Agents establishing the company's first McGrath satellite office in Mosman followed by another in Leichhardt. From 2001-2012, Gary operated his own successful agency in the trendy suburbs of Paddington/Woollahra. He was the first real estate agent to introduce a 'No Dummy Bidding Policy' at Auctions, 14 months ahead of the Property Stock & Business Agents Act 2002 NSW Legislation.
