-Facilitate numerous programs on leadership development, including Freshman Leadership Involvement Program (year-long series), First-Year Connection Leadership (extended Orientation program), ProfTalks (series modeled after TedTalks) and Leadership Roundtable discussions (conversations with student organizations)-Advise Student Government Association, including oversight of 140+ student organizations-Manage Leadership Rowan’s leadership achievement tracking database and validate students’ leadership activities for certification.-Supervise student Leadership Mentors and assist in developing programs and services delivered by this staff.-Evaluate student learning outcomes achieved through leadership development programs and contribute to the Office of Orientation & Student Leadership Programs’ annual institutional assessment report.-Oversee fiscal affairs of student leadership budget organization.-Assist in recruitment, selection, training, and evaluation of Orientation & Student Leadership Programs staff, including Clerical Assistants, Graduate Coordinators/Interns, and Peer Referral and Orientation Staff (PROS).-Plan, schedule, and participate in Leadership Rowan advisory council and planning meetings.-Assist Student Life staff with planning, staffing, and executing distinctive orientation and welcome programs for new students and their parents & family members.-Serve on Rowan's Sexual Violence Prevention Committee-Founder and advisor to Unified Sports club, a partnership with Special Olympics New Jersey promoting inclusion through sports-Advise Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity-Developed the 'Tedd Importico Memorial Scholarship', an award recognizing a student's commitment to leadership and inclusion while honoring a late Rowan alumnus-Serve on planning committees for Homecoming, Domestic Violence Awareness Week, Disability Awareness Week, Student Title IX Summit, Suicide Prevention Advisory Board, and numerous search committees
