Funded by Medway Council and reporting to the governing board this role is to provide strategic and operational leadership to a new county wide festival with significant growth plans in the future.Supported by Medway Council, the Historic Dockyard Chatham, Dovetail Games, University of Kent and Mid Kent College.after initially consulting in this role i have been focused on expanding the scope and scale of the festival in reaction to the incredible talent, communities and businesses that operate in Medway and Kent. I have created a number of world first opportunities including creating commercial opportunities for companies in Medway, broad together an array of academic institutions and forged a close alliance with the Military to shape up an incredible and unique festival.Using adaptive planning, clear strategies and communication plans, and working closely with the public health department i have navigated the complex challenges of the Pandemic to maintain confidence and remain in budget to deliver for my client, Medway Council.See the attached brief slide deck on this amazing event to be inspired!
