BMS is now utilized in Las Vegas, Reno, and Phoenix supporting 20+ users and 64 properties representing 60 percent of the Las Vegas division hospitality sales.• Extensive coordination and strategizing with Major Account Executives to help grow/penetrate casino accounts.• Collaboration with 3rd party purchasing and IT departments in major casinos to provide support with the RFQ/RFP processes.• Successfully developed custom reporting in Sigma & Tableau using Snowflake database queries and tables for optimized performance and availability. • SME for RevMan Expiring Deviation project to build a web-based reporting solution to manage all expiring vendor/broker deviations for all broadline markets. • Custom SQL queries in Snowflake and SQL Server against multi-million-row datasets with complex joins for various ad-hoc reports and data mining/modeling.

• Divisional lead in Active Directory migration for 200+ local users and 40 users at a US Foods remote Stockyards facility, along with migration from Lotus Notes to Exchange. Rollout of over 150 new desktops and re-imaging almost 100 with data migration.• Designed and assisted in the implementation of new network infrastructure for the local facility. Re-design of entire Wi-Fi infrastructure with more than double the number of access points, including Wi-Fi for office users. Complete re-design and implementation of a new Cisco network at a US Foods Stockyards facility.• Primary divisional lead for Best of Both conversion to the corporate A-System platform. Worked with all functional area leads from the US Foods team to ensure a successful conversion. Worked with corporate departments for over a year in advance to ensure our division was able to convert successfully.

• Primary role in design and implementation of a new network infrastructure coming in well under our $1.2 million budget. Received “Innovation” Values award for my work on this project. • Provided 2nd and 3rd level support for over 300 division employees, 150 of which are remote users.• Spearheaded migration and rollout of 180+ laptops to internal and remote users while maintaining business continuity.

• Designed/Built/Deployed custom MS SQL Server 2000 for in-house data management and reporting, in addition to custom applications requiring a robust database.• Designed/Built/Deployed a custom computer system for Food Shows held offsite. This system allows us to track customer attendance and purchases at shows held bi-annually• Provided primary support to over 250 division employees for all desktops, laptops, and printers.
