Senior adviser within a 3-star general officer command with the strategic and operational oversight of programs, processes, and budgets impacting: over 60,000 employee accessions, reenlistments and skill retention incentives as well as precision recruiting and maintenance of the organization; accession flow of recruits through the identification and communication of vacancies to the recruiting force; programs that provide pay, allowances, and entitlement to 200,000 AR soldiers. • Design, develop, implement and monitor multiple programs and policies intended to entice/recruit new applicants while retaining those currently assigned. Advise and consult with managers and senior leaders on the challenges and best practices, as well as the laws, regulations, and policies impacting these areas.• Plan, conduct and oversee a broad range of quantitative/qualitative analyses of programs and policies through multiple data sources having agency-wide impact.• Oversight of the development and maintenance of numerous reporting systems, as well as participate on a number of other systems working groups that impact these areas of responsibilities.• Prepare and present numerous briefings, presentations and written reports to managers and senior executives. • Continuously review workflow and work processes to identify problem areas or workload trends. Identify and implement solutions to correct deficiencies.• Incorporate management principles and knowledge of HR systems to ensure vacancies and structures are accurately reflected and vacancies are quickly filled.
