- Specialized in the deployment and implementation of IBM’s backup & disaster recovery solution and data storage products. This includes the implementation and optimization of IBM Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) – key areas include TSM LAN-free backup, de-duplication, tape library sharing and cross-site replication - Multiple engagements involving implementation of SAP Business Intelligence Accelerator (BIA) and Business Warehouse Accelerator (BWA) - Besides my core function as a technical consultant, I have been co-opted on numerous occasions to support the sales team in preparation of tenders and sales. The preparation for tenders, pricing, bidding and selling provided me with a good insight of the sales function and a balanced perspective of a total solution approach
