Gary L. Mandarich has over 30 years experience in the real estate development and home building industry. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado, is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Colorado and is a licensed general contractor in the State of California.From June 1996 to present, Mr. Mandarich or Mandarich Developments was the Manager and a member of several California limited liability companies. Gary L. Mandarich is the sole owner of Mandarich Developments (an S Corporation.) Since 1996, Mandarich Developments (or Gary L. Mandarich, June 1996-December 31, 1997) has built and sold over 500 homes, and developed land for several commercial properties for these limited liability companies.

During this period, this company’s operation expanded from 250 home sales to over 700 home sales per year and annual revenues increased from $50 million to over $140 million. In addition, in 1995, Mr. Mandarich identified and negotiated the acquisition of Mesa Homes, a southern California builder with annual revenues over $30 million. Also during this three year period, Mr. Mandarich identified and negotiated for lot purchases totaling more than $100 million.
