Mandarich Developments

Mandarich Developments is a General Contractor, Manager, and a Member in several California limited liability companies (LLC’s). As the Manager of the limited liability companies, Mandarich Developments identifies land for acquisitions and oversees the planning, engineering, and entitlements. Mandarich Developments, as the Manager of the LLC’s, contracts for the development of the land and is the General Contractor contracting with the various trades in the construction of single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums. Also, Mandarich Developments currently is the Real Estate Broker for the sale of condominiums in one of the communities that it manages.
