During 2013 I had 2 employees reporting directly to me to help cover maternity leave within the department.• Re-brand – working with external companies and various departments across the Group to ensure the new brand is executed in an appropriate/consistent manner. Planning & budgets have been crucial throughout the project to manage amongst others, the rebranding of all packaging to incorporate the new logo along with a number of legal changes required on almost 100 products.• Brands – I am responsible for the planning, implementation and management of branded projects including setting and monitoring budgets.• Generic Advertising – MWD is a member of the Milk Marketing Forum (MMF), the industry body behind the current “make mine Milk” campaign. As a member of both the board and Digital Experts group, decisions were made on campaign content incl. choice of celebrities, Social Media & legacy activities e.g. the Milk Race.• Trade – Much of MWD advertising is aimed at retailers in a variety of trade publications. Working with external designers, each advert is tailored to audience and feature along with any key messages relevant to the business at time of publication.• Online – Upon joining MWD I was tasked to establish a new consumer website. From constructing a brief, to final selection of agency. I also created copy & images which was regularly updated and refreshed. I have also been involved in updates across the remaining portfolio of sites as well as part of a working group for the UK group website.

The success of these events is reflected by the fact that they continue in the same format and are now being replicated by other retailers. • Frequently involved in the planning and execution of both radio and television advertising. • Direct Mail pieces designed in-house and required liaison between Managers and designers to fulfil the brief given. Often printed and prepared by external companies many Direct Mail pieces required direct contact with a range of printers.
