Prime II Management was a boutique structured finance firm that created a new type of Collateralized Loan Obligation designed to expand the market for CLOs to include short duration investors and improve equity returns.

Led the development of HSBC Global Asset Management’s (HGAM) liquidity and institutional business in North America, including the United States, Canada and Bermuda by defining target markets, positioning products and building the sales, client service and product support infrastructure required to succeed. Provided strategic direction, general management and governance oversight as a senior member of the Management Committees for HGAM’s Global Liquidity Business, Global Institutional Business, and North American Asset Management Business.

Held positions of increasing responsibility at JP Morgan Chase and its predecessor firms, including Chase Manhattan Bank, Chemical Bank and Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company.Created “The Hanover Funds” while at Manufacturers Hanover, which became the Chase “Vista Funds” and ultimately the “JPMorgan Funds”.Built of a highly profitable global money market mutual fund business by delivering competitive products through an international team of product management, sales and client service professionals that delivered value-added client solutions.Led a strategic planning effort responsible for repositioning MHT’s retail banking business for a post Glass Steagall environment that integrated investment products with traditional bank products to improve client cross-sell and profitability while forming the foundation for future retail brokerage operations.
