As the Manager of Applications Management I am responsible for the installation and support of software applications that are used to support the various business areas at PSEG Long Island . These applications operate on mainframe, UNIX and Windows platforms. The Applications Management team is made up of a technical staff to perform programming and systems integration. I am also responsible for working with subcontractors who perform support for legacy systems that are migrating from National Grid. During 2014 my staff was involved with most of the software migrations from National Grid to PSEG Long Island. The plan for 2015 is to migrate to the PSEG Newark IT processes, establish a documented database of the applications along with the organization of all available documentation that will be required for support.

Lockheed Martin is subcontracting to PSEG for the management of the Transition during 2012 and 2013, and to perform IT and back office services for the team during the operational services period. As the Deputy Transition Manager I have a wide variety of responsibilities including Program Control, office administration and coordinating the establishment of the Program Management Office.

As Program Manager: Coordinated relationships on Illinois Department of Transportation Positive Train Control Program between LM staff and large subcontractors (which provided 50% of overall contract). Tracked performance, addressed contractual issues, and improved communications across teams. As Engineering Manager: Established and staffed LM offices at the customer facility, coordinated with system architects on design planning and development, and worked jointly with the customer staff to document all existing systems and associated interfaces for integration.
As LAN Desktop Manager: Led team of systems administrators, database administrators, desktop technicians, asset management team members, and help desk personnel as LAN/Desktop Manager in supporting NYC Transit Authority IT systems. Coordinated with NYCT networking and system administration staff on task completion.As Program Manager: Managed team of senior engineers in providing managerial oversight for all subcontractors and suppliers in the assembly and deployment of 165 NEXRAD weather radars and over 400 user positions nationwide and at several overseas USAF bases.
