Senior Management Analyst for the Messaging Systems Office and the Information Resource Management Bureau at the US Department of State. I work with budgetary and human resources analysis, management and planning staff at a high-level Information Technology office in the State Department to review, revise, and document new and existing business and organizational processes. The main purpose is to develop, document and certify through the Human Resources Office (HR) the full lifecycle of requirements for establishment of new staffing, major reorganizations and realignments of various organizations, relocation and reassignment of staff, recruitment opportunities at all levels of positions, annual evaluations, and provide expert knowledge of and management support for the use of automated HR, evaluations, awards and administrative systems.

Oversee Program Management Office (PMO) for reengineering and streamlining command and control messaging system used at >250 domestic and overseas facilities for US government's foreign affairs agency. Plan and manage system replacements at embassies, consulates, and missions. Administer program budgets ranging from $50M to $100M per year. Direct procurement, contracting, HR, facilities management, and computer system support for two physical locations.
