During my tenure at InSync, I worked as a staff artist and operator, managing a wide range of projects, including live corporate events, webcasts, distance learning, and print materials. I had the privilege of collaborating with notable clients GMAC, AT&T, Disney, and GM, gaining valuable experience in delivering high-quality productions.At its peak, InSync assembled a talented team of approximately 25 creative professionals in Detroit, including event producers, writers, editors, and writers. Together, we successfully produced numerous groundbreaking projects. Although the company disbanded in June 1999, the strong bonds we formed as a team still endure, as many of us intersect and collaborate on various endeavors to this day.This shared history has cultivated a network of professionals who bring a collective expertise and passion to every project, ensuring exceptional results and a seamless workflow.it was a great proving ground for future projects and I still embrace the teamwork or ensemble approach to shows!

At TVS, I initially served as the graphic still store operator before taking on tape and duplication responsibilities for programs aired on the Chrysler Satellite Network (CSN) and the Chrysler Dealer Network (CDN). These networks were among the largest corporate broadcasting networks at the time.During my three-year tenure at TVS, I received training as a backup technical director (TD) on a cutting-edge Grass Valley 200+ video switcher. This involved coordinating multiple studio cameras, dual digital video effects (DVE) units, a copy camera, Chyron graphics, and a digital disk recorder (DDR).I eagerly transitioned into the role of staff artist, assuming responsibility for creating daily news graphics, on-screen graphics (OTS), bumpers, stingers, and other essential visual elements. This expanded position allowed me to showcase my creative abilities and contribute to the seamless production of captivating content.My time at TVS provided me with extensive technical expertise and honed my artistic skills, laying the foundation for future multimedia production endeavors.

I had the privilege of producing, directing, and editing local origination programming for both studio and mobile truck setups. It was a fulfilling experience to deliver diverse content through these platforms, engaging our viewers effectively.In addition to my production responsibilities, I also served as a workshop instructor, sharing my knowledge and expertise with enthusiastic individuals and groups interested in creating their own programming for our Public Access channels in Waterford and Pontiac.
